This villa is situated on a premium plot in the community of Orange Tree, on highway 27 2 miles from the junction of the 192. It is situated within a working orange grove and backs onto a conservation area.
DESCRIPTION
This spacious Luxury Orlando Villa has been built on a premium plot which backs onto a conservation area. The pool and spa areas face South capturing the Florida sunshine from early morning until dusk. There are 2,402 sq ft of air conditioned living space. There are 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms 3 of which are en- suit, living room, dinning room, kitchen, breakfast nook and separate laundry room, all furnished to an extraordinarily high standard, thus providing a luxury environment in which to relax.
BEDROOMS
The Master Bedroom accommodates a beautiful King size sleigh bed, computer with internet and cable TV. Their is a large en-suite bathroom with a large corner shower, bathtub, two separate hand basins and w.c. From this en-suit there is access to the pool area.
The second Master bedroom has a Queen Size bed, cable TV It also has its own en-suite bathroom which has a bath, toilet, hand basin and shower. This bathroom also has access to the pool area.
The third Master Bedroom has a Queen Size Bed, Cable TV and this Bedroom also has its own en-suit bathroom.
There are two further twin bedrooms each accommodating two single beds one with a play station 2
and both have cable TV. These rooms have a shared bathroom.
DINING AREAS
The formal dining room is an ideal place to enjoy your evening after your visits to the parks and attractions of Orlando.
There may be times when you will prefer to use one of the two less formal areas to eat. There is the nook furnished with table and chairs, and a lanai which is also equipped with table and chairs.
FAMILY ROOM
The spacious family room is great for spending time with the family. There are views through the set of patio doors onto the pool and patio area. You will find all of the comforts of home available for your use including a HBO TV a stereo system and DVD/Video Player.
POOL and SPA
The pool area is south facing and captures the Florida sunshine from early morning until dusk. There is a large 30ft x 15ft pool and a refreshing spa. If the sun gets too hot you can sit under the shade of the lanai.

Nearby Attractions
Our villa is situated on a premium plot in the community of Orange Tree, on highway 27. On the community there is a Tot lot, tennis courts and basketball court for you to use if you feel like a change from visiting the parks. If you prefer to go golfing there are up to fifteen splendid golf courses in the surrounding area.
We are 8 miles from Disney's main gate and close to many of the other major attractions.

Sorry about the delay in contacting you regarding the best holiday my family and i have ever had but i have had numerous hospital appointments on returning home . I would like to commend you on a beautiful home you have we could not wish to rent a better villa as the community it is situated is probably in one of the best possible area you could wish to own a villa . Your villa is a true oasis as you have aptly named it with views to die for and a bonus of being south facing . Whilst we were there we decided to take Barry's advice and have a day up at lake Louisa resulting in a fantastic fishing day . Angie & I have rented villas for about eleven years now and yours is by far the best . We can only recommend your villa to friends and work Mates as this is truly paradise The next time we go to Florida we will try and rent your villa if it is available . As next year is our 25th wedding anniversary i would like to take Angie back.
