Description
The lounge provides a comfortable place to come back to and chill out after a hard day out at the parks or a at the golf course. Relax in one of the to large 3 and 2 seater sofas while watching the 37" LCD cable TV and DVD. The lounge also has tiled flooring which makes it very cool in the hot Florida weather. The dining area has table and chairs and leads out to patio doors onto the pool area.
The kitchen has everything that you could need to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible, contents include:
Fridge Freezer/Cooker/Hob/Ice Maker/Cooking Utensils
Coffe Machine/Crockery/Cutlery/Cups/Glasses/
Microwave.
There is also a dishwasher, Iron and Ironing Board for your use. Plus a Washing Machine and Dryer
The Master bedroom has a king size bed with en-suite bathroom, ceiling fan lights and a 20" LCD cable TV.
The Queen bedroom has a 20" LCD cable TV and ceiling fan lights.
Two further Twin bedrooms with 20" LCD cable TV's and ceiling fan lights.
All bedrooms have built in wardrobes, hairdryers and free complementary use of a safe.

The swimming pool is screened to keep out bugs and wildlife but still allowing you to top up your tan while relaxing.
Along with the table ,chairs, umbrellar and sun loungers you can also hire a BBQ for some alfresco dining.
The pool can be heated at addional cost.
Pool heat is usually recommended between October to April.
The games room is a great place for the kids and adults alike with a Pool Table, Hockey Table, Darts Board, 20" LCD cable TV and fan to keep you cool.

All our guest's have access to Highlands Reserve 18 hole par 72 Golf Course and Driving Range with full pro shop and cafe/bar.
Ther is also a communal swimming pool, all weather tennis court and children's play area.
