Description
Our recently upgraded home has a south/west facing pool with stunning views (no back to back pools) it has a large deck area with plenty of sun loungers, dining table and chairs for alfresco dining and a large lanai for much needed shade. We also have pool towels for your use.
The villa has a good layout with quality furnishings offering a homely feel.
Each Master bedroom has en-suite with a third bathroom serving the 2 twin bedrooms. Each one a themed bedroom one is racing cars and the other Tinkerbell.
Our kitchen is well equipped with everything you may need for home cooking.
There is a Kithen Nook with table and chairs for 4, and a more formal dining area with seating for 8.
You would not be disappointed with the quality of our villa. We have made it a luxury home form home, not just a villa rental.
More Villa up grades May 2011 new carpets, Nov 2011 Sterns & Foster king bed, May 2012 Flat screen TV in both master bedrooms.
The Abbey at Westhaven featured on the UK T.V. programme "I want that house" proving what a lovely Location The Abbey is.

Why We Love Our Vacation Rental
We looked at many areas before finding The Abbey. We were sold on the small exclusive, gated, community, with its wonderful landscaping which is superbly taken care of by our HOA. Then the villa itself, we knew it was right for us (Family of 4 owners) with the best pool area we had seen and stunning views. You can tell we are really happy with our home.

Recently opened is the new communal swimming pool, gym, tennis and volleyball court for your use during your stay in our home.
We have Wi-Fi Internet available for your use. The villa is provided with everything you would need for a happy vacation. Towels & linen are provided. We have an excellent management company who will be on hand for all your requirements whilst you are staying in our villa, giving our guests complete peace of mind. They also offer lots of extra items for rental. If you require a cleaner during your stay this can be arranged with our MC Company for. Cribs, highchairs etc are available from our MC ask for details and prices.
Rental rates
US$ prices are shown exclusive of tax, UK£ prices inclusive of tax. Bookings 10 weeks before departure payment is required in full at time of booking.
Pool heat £100, $160 per week.
Booking terms & conditions.
25% of the total booking fee is required as a non-refundable deposit, which is required to secure a booking, no booking is confirmed until a deposit has been paid.
Full payment is required 10 week prior to the start of your holiday along with a £300 refundable security.
If paying by credit card a 4% administration fee is charged.

9 weeks - 12 weeks; 50% loss of total rental fee
6 weeks - 9 weeks; 75% loss of total rental fee
