Inside the Villa
The fully air conditioned villa was built in 2004 and has 1 King, 2 Queen Master Suites, 2 twin bedded rooms, plus a Queen sofa-bed
We can supply fold-up cots and high-chairs for our younger guests and each bedroom has ample space for an additional cot giving lots of flexibility for families or large groups.
For your entertainment enjoyment there is multi-channel cable TV and DVD in the TV lounge area plus cable TV's in each of the bedrooms
All rooms have EnSuite facilities directly adjoining the bedrooms with the Twin rooms sharing an EnSuite bathroom.
There are two dining areas - a table adjoining the kitchen, next to the breakfast bar and a larger quieter dining area off the family room.
The large bright kitchen is an open plan design adjoining the main lounge, with a Cooker, Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Kettle, Coffee Maker and Toaster. As well as dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils all supplied
There is also a utility area with a large Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer.
All linen and towels are supplied free of charge.
There is of course a telephone in the villa with Free local and long-distance calls anywhere in the USA
The Pool Area
The villa has a private pool and spa
The L-Shaped pool sits on an extended deck area with ample space for sunbathing. The lania offers a covered shaded area if you prefer to cool off.
In the so-called "winter" months the pool/spa can be heated if guests feel this is necessary. For your reassurance the pool is also protected by a safety fence to keep curious children out of harms way.
There is also a bathroom and external shower at the pool
The pool looks out on to a conservation area, so you can be assured there is ample privacy.
Local Shopping and Dining
Locally there is ample shopping and dining on Highway 27 and the 192 Strip is only 5 minutes away. The Posner Park Mall is only 5 minutes from the villa, south on Hwy 27.
Walmart and Publix are the local supermarkets and both are only minutes away
Locally Managed
The villa is looked after by our local management company, who will contact you shortly after check-in, to ensure everything is in order. They are available during normal office hours and on-call 24 hours in the unlikely event of an emergency.
