Our three bedroom detached villa is on Lakeside Estate in Kissimmee, which is nearOrlando. It is approximately 20 minutesfrom Disney World and Orlando Airport. It is also within reach of all major theme parks
It is fully air-conditioned and has its own pool, which is solar heated and suitable for use all the year round without further cost. The villa is fully furnished and equipped to a high standard, including a security system and internet
The three bedrooms consist of master room with queensize bed, one with double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a pull out sofa bed, which means the villa can easily accommodate up to eight adults. There are two bath/shower rooms, one of which is en suite to the master bedroom.The bedrooms are carpeted and all other rooms are tiled
There are two lounges, one of which has a multichannel TV/VCR/DVD There is a telephonefor free local calls, other calls can be made using a valid credit card or phone card which can be obtained from most supermarkets.
The kitchen is fully equipped for a self-cateringholiday and includes a large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and all cooking and dining utensils. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer which are housed in the 2 car garage. Towels and bed linen are supplied.
The price is for the villa per week and NOTper person and is inclusive of electricity, water etc.
